For Recording Artists (Buyers)
When you purchase a beat, you are not buying the song itself; you are buying a legal usage license that grants you permission to record a song over the instrumental and distribute it (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) under specific terms. The producer retains the original copyright ownership of the instrumental.
AfroBeatStars offers flexible licensing tiers to match your budget and project scope:
• Standard License (MP3): Perfect for upcoming projects, mixtapes, and basic streaming. Provides a high-quality, fully mixed MP3 file.
• Premium License (WAV): Recommended for professional studio recording. Provides an uncompressed, high-fidelity WAV file for superior audio mixing.
• Track Stems License (ZIP/RAR): Essential for major studio engineering. Provides separate audio tracks (drums, bass, melodies separated) so your sound engineer has total control over the mix.
• Exclusive License: Grants you sole ownership of the beat's future usage. Once bought, the beat is completely removed from the marketplace and cannot be sold to anyone else.

Yes. If a producer chooses to make a beat available for free download, you may use it strictly for non-commercial, evaluation purposes (e.g., writing or practicing). Free downloads usually contain audio watermarks ("tags"). For commercial distribution, radio play, or monetization, you must purchase a premium license.
For Beat Producers (Sellers)
Simply create an account, choose the Beat Producer role, and complete your profile. From your dashboard, click Upload Beat, attach your high-quality files (MP3 preview, optional untagged WAV, and optional Track Stems zip file), set your custom pricing in your local currency, and publish.

Producers can request a payout directly from their dashboard balance card at any time.
